Bitcoin and Monero solve the same problem — settle a hosting invoice without a bank — in very different ways. Bitcoin is the universally-supported, mature option: every wallet works, every exchange supports it, every offshore host accepts it, and Lightning gives you sub-second sub-cent settlement for recurring or micro-payments. Its fee economics are predictable in low-congestion windows but highly variable during fee-market spikes; its on-chain ledger is fully transparent, which matters more than most buyers initially expect.
